cooking tradition from father to son! "paco e ir su babbo"
My friend Paco and his father (in the Livorno dialect "Paco e ir su babbo") run a "gnammy" restaurant in Livorno, in the nerby of the Naval Accademy area. Paco lived five years in Madrid so when I want a good paella or tapas, (out of Spain!) I go there but yestarday it was a "normal" meal that went in crescendo!
The wine can't be missed!
